The webinar workshop did not cover the real estate market directly. It was alluded with Jupiter moving into Cancer and the outlook for interest rates indirectly.

@Xatarrer @Chriso19701 @willywoo Manipulations tend to happen overnight, when market has low volatility. Banks are opening shorts that cause a snowball effect. Individuals stop losses on longs are put into action. It leads to rapid price falls. After it banks are closing portion of their shorts with profits.

The chart brings up an interesting point for me. Token projects love to design lockups to reduce supply side dynamics. ETH staking is an example. It's less effective with the advent of liquid futures; investors can hedge their locked up coins by selling the synthetic contract.
