Crypto com just received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to operate a U.S. national trust bank under the name Foris Dax National Trust Bank. That means federally supervised custody, trade settlement, and staking, under a structure institutions recognize. If they meet capital and risk requirements, this positions them for nationwide operations and qualified custodian status. And if they get in, those doors get blown wide open. Adoption was never going to happen overnight. It's always 2 steps forward, one step back.
