We're on testnet. 100% onchain. No servers. No gatekeepers. Chirp is alpha. Like... very alpha. It's rough. It's unfinished. And that's exactly why now is the best time to try it. @elonmusk spend 2 minutes on the decentralized version of X. chirponchain.dot.li

The tourists are gone! ...or at least that's what Polkadot's onchain data shows with the percentage of DOT staked near the ATH (892M) and staking addresses stable since late 2025 (54K) after a steady decline that began in January 2023.

The next AI winner won't be the model with the most parameters. It'll be the infrastructure that makes AI trustless, verifiable, and confidential. The latest arXiv papers all point in the same direction. @PhalaNetwork has been building that infrastructure for years.🧵

What if you could send @polkadot $DOT privately? And swap them into other networks such as BTC without a link in-between via open source Zero Knowledge powered smart contracts. 0.0156 DOT per shielded transfer on the hub 👇🤫👇🔥👋😎👇 shield.markets

Few understand the gravity of what we have achieved over the last year. We have built the foundation for a new permissionless internet, true to the values of real Web3.
Parity Technologies@paritytech

Every app on @Polkadot is built from the same open-source building blocks. No servers. No proprietary infrastructure. A .dot domain and a live app on decentralized storage. Every layer is open source and composable. Developers inherit the full stack without building it from scratch, so they can focus on the application while the infrastructure takes care of itself.

You've been asking, and we're listening. As part of the newly formed Phala Foundation, we are working towards our vision of increasing value to holders. Today we are happy to announce that the team is taking the first step of many to fulfil this vision. $PHA payments are coming to Phala Cloud, in what will serve as the bedrock of making PHA the currency of compute for an agentic future.

Built seven apps on @Polkadot Products this past week. Will reveal soon and share all the details. TL;DR: - Streaming payments: lock funds once, they unlock to the recipient every second - A trustgraph rep system where addresses vouch for each other, public and revocable - One call that deploys an entire NFT collection, art rendered by a contract - A shared pixel canvas where 25 cents buys 25 pixels to paint on - King of the hill with exactly one crown where longest total reign wins - A hot takes leaderboard where the community votes on what stays up top - Status board for six key core devnet systems Nine contracts, seven .dot domains, zero servers. More coming.

Looks like @alice_und_bob is making me revisit the @Polkadot ecosystem again for the first time in a long time. My Saturday night is a vibe-coding session anyhow, so might just fit Polkadot Products devnet into it as well. Ngl, the ecosystem is pretty much ded bc they literally never managed to make any app mobilize users at scale + a lot of the gud tech stayed a cool concept with no real traction. But when I entered crypto back in 2019/20 Polkadot's vision for a cohesive multichain network of app-specific chains, its vision for heterogenous sharding and cross-chain interoperability/composability was one of the things that rly got my nerdy mind hooked on web3. Also laid the foundation for my mental model to understand the rollup-centric roadmap, the modular thesis and generally blockchain scaling/architecture topics in the years after that. Not a believer or holder anymore tbh (too many things went very wrong over there), but will always have a soft spot for Polkadot. Should be fun anyhow and who knows, maybe they finally bring smth to market here that will matter to a real audience of users.

I know most of you are gamers. Yes, DOOM is cool. But fully onchain NES games hit different. I'd deploy GTA next, but the Polkadot Bulletin Chain politely reminded me that physics (and memory limits) still exist. nesonchain.dev-dot.li

That is the awesome thing about the new Polkadot Products Devnet -> it is completely permissionless To get listed in an app store like dot-store.dot (built by @thewhiterabbitM), you just publish your app and it shows up in the app store. And if you don't like the app store, you can just publish your own.

Have you browsed through the apps deployed on the Polkadot Products Devnet? Every developer building on the devnet has the option to either keep their build unlisted or publish it to 'Browse'. 1. Open browse.dev-dot.li 2. Which application is smiling at you? Yes, open that one. 3. A few to try: DotNS to register your own .dot domain, Playground to build a sample app in a guided environment or Mercado, a dummy marketplace. See what's possible for yourself. Next step: Link your builds in the comments 👇

Okay i have not explained myself properly. My issue is that the goal right now with the DEVnet (dev for developers) should be to build a developer community. Community is a n:n topology. Everyone can talk with everyone. Open communication is invited. People discuss ideas, design principles, best practices… An is a n:1 topology. You can file your issues and please don’t disturb the poor workers at Parity any longer than necessary.
Alice und Bob@alice_und_bob

I’m sorry but I find this statement super disrespectful towards the devs you want to try out your tech. It’s not: „hey let’s create a space together where we can talk about this“ It’s: „you can file a ticket here“ This is not how you build community. I know you need these legal disclaimers, but there still needs to be a venue (dare I say plaza) for the community to meet and discuss. Something like a forum… a Polkadot Forum

On the Polkadot Products Devnet, a Product is a static web app published to a decentralized stack. The host provides wallet, signing, storage, and chain access. Mobile, Desktop, or Web. Your app gets a .dot name. The bundle publishes to the Devnet and opens through the @Polkadot app or the web gateway. One app. Every platform. No server to run. docs.polkadotcommunity.foundation

7/7🧵 @PhalaNetwork isn't competing to build another LLM. It's building the infrastructure that lets AI execute securely, privately, and verifiably. As AI agents move from demos to real economic activity, this layer may become one of the most important in the entire AI stack.

6/7🧵 Across these papers, the same stack keeps appearing: ✓ Confidential AI ✓ Trusted Execution Environments ✓ Autonomous Agents ✓ Verifiable Computation ✓ Programmable Privacy These aren't isolated trends. They're converging into the next AI infrastructure layer.
