This woman was leaving the airport, ordered food delivery and was being taken home by a Lyft driver. Once she got home, there was a knock on the door, usually the delivery driver leaves the food and leaves. This time they kept knocking for about 10 minutes. The man just sits on her porch for almost an hour. She calls a friend to come over, the driver then leaves the driveway but parks a few houses down. She ends up calling the police and it turned out that the man intercepted the food delivery, that’s why it showed that her food was delivered when she never got it. He was going to impersonate the delivery driver to get her to open the door. She has no idea how they knew she was alone, is it possible the Lyft driver notified an accomplice and told them he dropped off a woman alone and that’s why they came?

@Poke_MD69 My first sign, is the G in GEM MT. Real doesn't have the stem. But that is only something you can do on a 10, or if G is in the name. Like Gengar.

If you’re serious about collecting or selling Pokémon cards, you need to spot fakes with 100% accuracy. My go to trick is checking the PSA front security feature. Fakes will show one flat color (sometimes rainbow) and don’t change in the light. Real slabs have a layered look almost indented in the middle and when you tilt them the light shifts across both sides like it’s alternating.

This guy here is walking us through how he does an estimate to mow and weed eat this yard. Pretty straight forward. He is quoting this house at $75 a week to do the yard, so $300 a month, once a week. But, he says if it rains, even if it rains for weeks and they can’t mow, they are getting paid their $75 and if the customer doesn’t like it, they don’t need that customer. Is that the standard in the industry if you are on a weekly schedule with a lawn care company? Are you paying $75 even if they don’t do your yard?
