Process to resolve KYC/resubmit docs as unable to resubmit docs in the claims portal
1) Email: support@ftx.com
2) Get Ticket Number (number blanked in screenshot) - always refer to same ticket number
3) Click on Ticket Number in email - will take you to log in page support.ftx.com
4) Create an account and password
5) You will be able to upload KYC docs
