Bold statement about #CIP1694: We're rushing Cardano Governance by implementing a voting system where voting power is solely based of your wallet size. If we implement CIP1694 as it is, it will be up to the whales if they want to give away their voting power or not. CIP1694 requires a DID-solution based on biometrics with a unique identifier - without the need for centralized trust registries. This enables us to change voting power from holdings to "1 vote per human" or use different voting power for different categories - while still have a fully decentralized voting system. Thoughts?

There is several working groups on this specific topic. EABs event in April with Rahul Parthe tells us that it is all but "obviously impossible". Would love to set up a workgroup with a few Pioneers in the space. Include Markus Sabadello from W3C, reach out to Rahul Parthe and include IAMX and PRISM. Can someone who knows explain all these “stealing everything while no one does anything” videos? I had the impression this was a local law in someplace like San Francisco where the DA won’t prosecute shoplifters, but I don’t know that. Where this is occurring (multiple cities?) and is this a DA/law thing?? I can’t imagine the businesses are on-board.

The world has gone mad... remember when people actually cared? The fact that companies have to pay to lock things away only to have thieves now come and destroy those fixtures without penalty is beyond comprehension. Are people doing this in Europe/Asia or is shoplifting only legal in the US?
