$DOGE LTF FMFM creating an HTF FMFM to push price down into the range low and form a HTF second tap. So this would be my playbook : Long the current accumulation (if confirmations are present*). Then short the MTF distribution, targeting the range low. Finally, use the profits from these two trades to scale into a spot position at the lows.

$DOGE Extremely clean HTF price development and POI's. Build your playbook around what I am showing you here.

BREAKING: The US is preparing for a potential ground invasion into Iran that would last for up to 2 months, per the Washington Post. Details include: 1. Thousands of American soldiers are arriving in the Middle East for what could become a "dangerous new phase" of the war 2. Any invasion would involve raids by a mixture of Special Operations forces and conventional infantry troops, US officials said 3. President Trump has wavered between declaring that the war is winding down and threatening to amplify it 4. Discussions over the past month have touched upon the possible seizure of Kharg Island and raids into other coastal areas near the Strait of Hormuz The Iran War appears to be entering a new era.

Most traders underestimate how extremely little (but private) information can lead to massive changes in their trading performance. It could completely change their perspective on the market and give them that certain 'Aahhaaa moment' in their understanding. Take the 6 candle rule for example that I have given in the mentorship 2024. Such little information leading to incredible structure. Although this information was given publicly, just imagine the information and vuluable concepts that is hidden behind a paywall or closed doors. Search.

Tilt Tilt for traders can be caused by a variety of factors. FOMO, poor execution, losses, timing, etc. It is when negative emotions like anger and revenge start dictating your mind, and your shadow self tries to run the show. I have always been aware of this and have fallen into the trap on occasion. I recently found myself experiencing heavy tilt, and instead of falling deeper in the hole, I decided to bring awareness to it and design a plan to return back to my higher self, trading with minimal spiral damage done to accounts. The tilt started with two losses on trades I believed I should have won. This, for me, along with significant round-trip trades, is the most painful type of trade to be in. EUR/USD: Textbook Model 1 accumulation. I trailed my SL on my original position once we were well into the premium section of the range. I went to bed that night thinking it should be a win. I also had another position I added on the original pull back after confirmation (post on adding to winners coming soon). I woke up to see I had been stopped out and spent the day watching the trade play out perfectly, not taking out the true invalidation. ETH/BTC: I traded a Wyckoff Model 2 accumulation that spawned in 1W hidden liquidity. It was a high probability set up for me and had a quality confirmation. I ended up being stopped out by a tick and watched it blast to target without me, and having taken a loss. These two trades triggered the mental foundation I have been building, and I felt it crack. The way the market manipulated me caused max pain and felt extreme tilt. I doubted my edge and myself as a trader. What is apparent is that I had too much importance on each individual trade. I fall into this trap as a former professional athlete, as I can be extremely competitive and hate losing. This is an old, outdated version of myself, but my shadow self is still attached to it. The shadow self does not care about edge over time; it wants external validation and results NOW. The first thing I did was name it. I told my private community I am on tilt and will not be trading for a period of time. My main goal was not to revenge trade and do more damage to my accounts, as I could feel I was on the border of being reckless with the next trades. Next, I took the day off socials as I did not post yesterday. I felt it was important to take a step back and not get into comparison and focus on recentering. Finally, I felt it was important to do something else away from the charts, gym, other tasks, touch grass, and connect with nature. I recently moved cities, so I will be exploring the city and beaches as a reset. Overall, this experience of anger and frustration is also a teacher and something all traders have to face in their journeys. Tilt can feel like there is nothing more important in the world at the time, and you are doomed to this anger forever, but the moment you place awareness on it and take a step back from your ego and back into the observer, it loses all power. Build systems for your mental model to combat these dips on the path ⚡️🛤️
