I’m honestly still shaken up right now. I went to the bank this morning to handle something boring and normal. Nothing dramatic. Nothing political. Just an errand before the holiday weekend. I was wearing my red MAGA hat. That was it. A manager pulled me aside and told me another customer said my hat made them feel “uncomfortable” and “unsafe.” Unsafe. Because of a hat. I asked if I had done something wrong. I asked if I had said anything to anyone. I asked if I had bothered a single person in that building. She said no. But then she told me I could either remove the hat or come back another time. I’m not going to lie. I felt humiliated. I could feel people looking. I had that awful lump in my throat like I was back in school being scolded in front of everybody for something I did not do. And all I could think was, Since when are women only allowed to be “brave” when we believe what liberals tell us to believe? They say they support women. Until a woman loves God, loves America, supports Trump, and refuses to hide it. They say they want tolerance. But somehow tolerance always means normal people being told to shrink, apologize, remove the hat, hide the cross, lower the flag, and pretend we are the problem. I walked out. I will find another bank before I hide who I am to make some stranger feel powerful. I did not take the hat off. I will not apologize for loving my country. Has anyone else dealt with this, or are we all just supposed to keep pretending this is normal?#MAGA #AmericaFirst

Capitalism where as the divide isn’t as large as it is now. Customer service is non-existent as well as Globalized companies push for maximum profit at any cost. Visa abuse stateside is through the roof. Where are the damn politicians fixing these issues? You can make a ton of money and still take care of people.

Vu des Etats-Unis, la France fait figure de pays préhistorique. 10 ans de retard. On hallucine lorsqu’on voit de telles scènes. Pendant que les Américains construisent des infrastructures adaptées aux vagues de chaleur pour le refroidissement urbain, fontaines intelligentes, parcs climatisés, bassins publics modernes, on transforme un canal pollué et industriel en “piscine géante” à Paris. Le Canal Saint-Martin se trouve transformé en baignoire collective à ciel ouvert sous canicule. Folklorique et surtout révélateur d’un retard abyssal et d’un déclin français à tous les niveaux. Ne parlons même pas de la gestion de crise, de l’effondrement du système hospitalier. Elle est belle la startup nation. Il n’y a pas à dire. La France, championne du monde des taxes et des normes mais incapable d’adapter ses villes à la réalité climatique. Tristesse d’une vielle France en totale décrépitude où Versailles fait office de vitrine dorée en trompe l’œil. Désolé pour l’ironie mais franchement ça vaut bien cela lorsqu’on découvre ce spectacle.
