@andrewjfaris I’m not buying that’s it’s truly possible to launch that many quality creatives. Eveyone is larping and saying “we launched 300 ads with AI this week.” Eveyone is full of shit. X is fucking insufferable. Yeah, I believe you can output that many ads, but what’s your hit rate?

According to Northbeam here, the top 25% of ad accounts average 189 ads launched per week. Lower spending accounts are producing materially less ads at 83 per week. So Hormozi is right, right? More ad volume = better performance? Maybe, but I think this data cuts against both narratives. 189/week is a far cry from Hormozi's 250/day. It's not truly extreme volume. It's also possible that the causality runs in the opposite direction than you think here. Do large accounts produce more ads, or do more ads produce large accounts? I think there's at least a chance it's the former, because larger accounts reach more people faster, often have more products/a fuller marketing calendar, and generally just have more resources. All of those together at least blurs the lines here. Our mantra is that we want a "high volume of high quality highly diverse" creative. We're aiming at all 3 as much as possible. It's not yet clear to me that AI-aided batches of 250 ads/day is the actual path to this. If the cost is low enough, then maybe it's worth it. But we've seen huge success this year by scaling volume a bit more thoughtfully — and less extremely, to be clear — than that.
Northbeam@northbeam

In Q1 our top 25% performing companies launch 189 ads per week. The remaining 75% launch 83.

@ImBreckWorsham 🤦‍♂️ Do you have any clue where oil comes from? Or how much comes from where? At *most* the U.S. imported about 8% of oil from the middle east. That was before Venezuelan oil was back in play. Please - try to learn a little bit before you say dumb things. It isn't hard.

I just built a Claude Code marketing skill stack that plans campaigns, writes social posts, designs carousels, and produces animated videos from a single brief every week. Feed it your brand design system, your best-performing content, and a campaign brief → it studies your voice and visual identity → generates on-brand assets across every format while you review and approve. All inside Claude Code and Claude Design. Perfect for marketing teams and agency owners who are still briefing designers on assets Claude Design produces in minutes, calling skills one at a time when one brief should trigger the whole sequence, and manually pushing skill updates to teammates who need the same system running on their machine. If you're running marketing in 2026, you already know the math - the teams that produce at volume aren't the ones with the biggest budgets, they're the ones with a skill stack that handles execution while humans handle strategy. Most teams ship three assets a week if they're lucky. This skill stack solves it: → Drop your branded landing page into Claude Design and it extracts colours, typography, components, and spacing into a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically → The campaign planning skill reads the brief, researches the market via Perplexity MCP, and builds a branded slide deck with KPIs, persona, funnel map, and roadmap → Pulls from your best-performing posts and storytelling framework as reference files so social content matches what actually works in your space → Routes complex tasks to sub-agents running in parallel and simple executional tasks directly to skills based on routing rules in CLAUDE.md → Fires completed skills to a Notion library automatically every week at 9am so your team always has the latest version without manual uploads → Drops finished campaigns, posts, carousels, and videos into dated project folders ready to publish No briefing designers on assets Claude produces in minutes. No calling skills one at a time when a brief should run the whole sequence. No manually distributing skill files to teammates every time something updates. What you get: - Brand design system extraction guide: 10-15 minutes to a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically - Four function skills: campaign planning, social content, carousel design, and animated video each triggered by a slash command - Multi-skill orchestration setup so one brief triggers research, content, creatives, and landing page in the right order automatically - Notion skills library with auto-sync routine so your team always installs the current version from one place - One skill stack you install once and run across every marketing workflow forever Built 100% in Claude Code and Claude Design. I put together a full playbook with all skill files, the brand extraction guide, the Notion library setup, and the exact CLAUDE.md routing rules to get the full stack running from one brief. @ImBreckWorsham People say that because it was so glaringly obvious that Trump was a tremendous piece of shit even 30 years before he ran for president. Yeah, you can make the mistake, but just know your IQ is probably room-temperature. And the world would be better off if you didn’t reproduc

The weakest comments in my social media are "You voted for this." That is SUCH a weak, pathetic comment. Yes. I did. Yes, I worked this guy's campaign. I OWN it. But have you NEVER made a mistake? Never broken up with someone because you realized you were dating the wrong person? Never quit a job that wasn't right for you? Never bought something and had to return it because it didn't work? Sit down.

@maxwellfinn I mean, “corporate “ marketing is not performance marketing. It’s branding. And even then, that’s a stretch.

I get that a lot of normal everyday people don't know a lot about AI yet, but I am shocked at how many "marketers" I speak to inside of companies who do not know what Claude is. I've done numerous assessment calls with leads over the last few weeks where the internal marketing team members sitting in are flabbergasted by how we are able to make all these funnels and creatives so quickly. What are these people doing all day?

DTC brand spending $180K/month on Meta. ROAS had been declining for four straight months. The media buyer kept launching new creatives, testing new hooks, adjusting audiences. Nothing moved the needle for more than a few days. The founder exported the full ad account history. Every creative, every audience, every metric, every day for the past year. Gave the Agent swarm one job: "What's actually happening to our ad performance and why?" One agent analyzed creative-level performance decay curves. Another mapped audience overlap and frequency across every active campaign. A third modeled the relationship between landing page behavior and ad engagement. The creative wasn't fatiguing the way everyone assumed. The decay agent found that new creatives were actually performing well for the first 72 hours, then flatlining. But old creatives weren't dying of exhaustion either. They were being cannibalized. The audience overlap agent found the real problem. Twelve active campaigns were targeting audiences with 60-80% overlap. The same people were seeing the same brand six to nine times a day across different campaigns. The frequency wasn't visible at the campaign level because each campaign showed a reasonable frequency of two to three. But at the person level, it was absurd. The landing page agent added a layer nobody expected. Visitors arriving from the highest-frequency exposures had a bounce rate of 78%, compared to 31% for first-exposure visitors. The retargeting campaigns were actively training the algorithm to optimize for people who would never buy. They consolidated to three campaigns with hard exclusions between audiences. Cut spend to $140K. ROAS went from 1.4x to 3.2x in six weeks. The media buyer said it was the first time in a year he wasn't launching new creative every three days.

@ThinkAppraiser You can’t quantify any of it. Minimal impact. And so what if I’ve spent 1000 more dollars total in the last year then I did the year before? That is significantly less than prior year inflation impact and I have a secure border.
