Everyone talks about “distress” deals 👀 DUBAI REAL ESTATE But real distress looks like: → Seller needs liquidity urgently → Loan pressure / cash flow issues → Forced to exit below market value Not: → 5–10% off → Still sitting in profit That’s not distress. That’s repricing. A price drop doesn’t always mean distress. It can mean: 1️⃣ It was overpriced to begin with → Now just repricing to market 2️⃣ Seller is still in profit → Just taking less upside → 3x becomes 1.5x That’s not distress. That’s positioning. Properties ownership shouldn’t feel like a scam. Yet in the UK… it often does. Leasehold isn’t ownership, it’s renting with a mortgage. You buy a home, but: 1. You don’t own the land 2. Your ownership expires over time 3. You pay ground rent + service charges (that can keep rising) 4. Someone else ultimately controls the asset It’s literally a depreciating asset, the shorter the lease, the less your home is worth And if the terms are bad? You can end up stuck, unable to sell, refinance, or even afford to live in it. No surprise millions have been caught in this system, with growing calls to scrap it entirely. We’ve turned housing; " a basic human need" into a financial trap.

300 military showed up at our event. During my stay at Founders Villa by @SuperteamAE, I met @cryptoslice. We connected over shared interests: meditation, workouts, breathing, health. Soon after, together with @taras_13, we had an idea: a wellness bootcamp for founders. That’s how @solana_temple was born. We applied for financial support, and @therealchaseeb from Solana Foundation believed in it. For the next 2.5 months, we focused fully on building the program. In the end: ~ 105 participants ~ Partners: @solanaidentity, @Backpack, @LimeChainHQ, @okx and more ~ Support from @solana Everything started perfectly: ~ Daily wellness: yoga,breathing sessions, meditation, fitness, silent days. ~ Workshops: fundraising, pitching, marketing, community. The vibe was unreal. Builders connecting, sharing, growing. Then… everything changed. At 7am, ~300 military personnel arrived at the resort. Staff couldn’t enter. Operations stopped. We had to clean, manage, and run everything ourselves. Some events were canceled. Tension grew. But we adapted: moved activities; changed locations; held Demo Day at another venue. One of the hardest and most exciting experiences I’ve had. Key lessons: ~ If you believe in the idea - push it ~ Healthy community = real support ~ Always plan for risks Have you had a moment when everything stopped going to plan?

The scariest age for a man is 37. Not because something dramatic happens that day, but because many realities begin to collide at the same time. At 37, life stops feeling theoretical. The dreams you had in your twenties are now being measured against the reality you have built so far. Some men feel proud of their progress. Others quietly begin asking themselves uncomfortable questions. By this age, responsibilities are usually heavy. Career pressure is real, family expectations may be rising, children may depend on you, and financial decisions suddenly carry more weight than they did before. Another subtle thing happens around this age. You begin to notice your parents aging. The people who once looked strong and permanent start showing signs of slowing down. It reminds you that time is not standing still for anyone. At the same time, you start realizing that your energy is no longer unlimited. The reckless optimism of youth begins to fade, and decisions must become more intentional. For many men, 37 becomes a moment of reflection. A point where they either double down on building the life they want or drift into routines that slowly define the rest of their years. The scary part is not the age itself. It is the clarity that suddenly arrives with it.
