Better late than never. On this day more than a year ago, I launched the Fydelabs Ambassador Program and since then my life completely changed. The Fydelabs program was one of a kind. We entered uncharted territory, fought through a brutal bear market, faced endless uncertainty, and somehow still made it work. During the course of this program, I made lifelong friends, people who believed in me and helped me get to where I am today. I also lost a close friend, a smart person, someone I admired. I learned a lot of painful lessons trying to run a meme coin. I put too much in, and got very little out. I wanted to take care of everyone but couldn’t take care of myself and in the end had to walk away. I had to understand this is 95 percent a zero sum game
