People laughed when I said I'd quit my job to learn permanent makeup and start my own business. But I went for it, borrowed some money, learnt and went from making £18k a year to raking in over £100k as a salon owner. Then they laughed when I mentioned buying cars at auctions, fixing them up, and selling them for profit. Even though I didn't know much about cars and the auctions were mostly guys, I still tried. And ended up buying lots of cars and making more than £10k extra every month. During Covid when I said I wanted to invest in stocks and crypto, people thought I had lost my mind. But I went ahead and did it anyway. I ended up turning £40k into over £2M. Starting out as an immigrant, working three minimum wage jobs, and now financially free, owning my own home – it's been quite a ride. But the lesson? Don't let the doubters stop you. Trust your instincts, keep trying, and remember, sometimes you have to take risks to get anywhere. I keep seeing people complain that they don’t have money to invest or that they wish they had a better job. If you're healthy and don't live in a third-world country, have a phone and internet connection, remember: where there's a will, there's a way 💪🏼

If anyone has doubts about IOG or Charles Hoskinson, let them realize that Cardano had PoS 2 years earlier than Ethereum, including liquid staking. DeFi on #Cardano is doing very well considering how long it has been around. The plan for scalability is solid. Should I continue?

Today my Grandfather died. He's was 93 and my last remaining grandparent. We are quite fortunate that he did a biographical interview back in 2015: syndeoinstitute.org/the-hauser-ora…. He was part of the generation that built America, never complained, and was tough as nails. After serving in the Marine Corps in the Korean War, he entered the cable industry and worked his way up the food chain. He went from a lineman to a researcher and helped write the patent for the Cable TV Box to eventually an executive. If you have grandparents left, make sure to take a moment and call them. Life gets in the way of spending time with people with limited time. When I started in Crypto, all four of my grandparents were alive and well and now they are gone. It happens fast.
