Fue intervenido cuando trasladaba 3 porciones medianas y 17 pequeñas de marihuana. Además le incautamos dinero en efectivo, un celular y una motocicleta. Enfrentarán la justicia.

A Note on Scarcity Scarcity is at the heart of NBA Top Shot. In Sept 2023, we introduced 4 rules to give collectors clarity and confidence: Rookie Mint Rule: Players with a Rookie Mint Badge will not have additional rookie-year Moments minted in future years. Rookie Scarcity Rule: For players whose rookie seasons predate Top Shot, only one Rare or Legendary rookie Moment will be created, not both. Anthology players are the exception. Anthology Scarcity Rule: Anthology sets are capped at a maximum of 10 editions per player. Historical Scarcity Rule: Players who receive a new Rare or Legendary historical Moment are not eligible for another in that tier later that season or the following season. These commitments protect the most important aspects of collectibility, and they will continue to guide how we curate NBA history on Top Shot. This summer, the Historical Scarcity Rule was inadvertently broken. The players whose Moments broke the rule will be treated differently, with trade-ins introduced later this summer to burn supply and protect long-term integrity. Scarcity rules are designed for the long haul, not short-term flexibility. At the same time, we recognize frustration goes beyond these specific Moments. AI-assisted logic will now drive execution and quality assurance, ensuring rules are followed with programmatic consistency, all under human review. This is the first step toward our long-term vision of codifying these principles directly into the smart contract, making them permanently immutable and secured by Flow. This change eliminates manual error and empowers our curators to focus on what makes Top Shot special: storytelling, marketing, and the emotional connection that defines the soul of the product. At its foundation, NBA Top Shot is and always will be a collectible first. Our priority is to restore trust, re-center on collectibility, and deliver the consistency and clarity collectors deserve.
