Metro stations in Delhi sealed - people cannot enter or and exit. Long traffic jams on the highways. I have been on NH 8 for almost two hours and crawled less than 6 km. Delhi Police have denied permission for people to assemble at Mandi House and Lal Qila: that was expected.
