I only have experience of converting pre owned shares from E*trade to Scott trade 14 years ago. Scott trade only showed my avg the day I transferred it in. Aren’t these sweepstakes ran by a 3rd party company? I’m pretty sure I saw it was from Merkle/hello world/ realtime media. I bet they accidentally sent out the winning email by mistake to multiple people. Legal stuff takes more than 4 days to get an answer from. Not trying to say they didn’t screw up, just saying there’s more to it than what you see on the surface (including robinhood support confirming it)

If I don’t hear from @RobinhoodApp by end of day today I’m filing formal complaints with the FTC, CFPB, and my state Division of Consumer Protection. It’s been 6 days since Robinhood sent me the Grand Prize email and their own support team confirmed it. 4 days since @vladtenev said he was looking into this. Still haven’t heard a word from anyone at Robinhood. No emails. No DMs. Nothing. I will also engage legal counsel to review my case.
