I don't think Tyler Robinson acted alone. It seems he was communicating with others. Interesting no one else has been charged. Possible immunity deals in return for testifying against him.

This isn’t nefarious, it’s basic estate and brand protection.
As Charlie’s widow and TPUSA’s CEO, Erika moved to secure his name and likeness for the same uses already tied to his work, podcasts, merch, education, and fundraising. That’s standard, especially if it wasn’t trademarked before. USPTO filings show routine pending applications, nothing unusual, and there’s no record of any Maricopa court fight with his parents.
Right after his death, unrelated people tried to trademark his name, which sadly happens with public figures. That’s exactly why estates lock it down, to stop copycats from profiting. Under Arizona law, the estate typically passes to the spouse, especially with minor children, so there’s no basis for the parents needing to step in.
This rumor’s been recycled and debunked. It’s just another attempt to paint Erika in a bad light.

We'll see about that. I had long suspected that she would wait until the Robinson trial is nearly wrapped up. But TPUSA has already sent her a Cease and desist letter. That's usually the first step for a defamation case. Time will tell how this plays out. I'm fairly confident that they'll sue.
