It was a huge deal to us when then-Texas A&M Coach Jackie Sherrill visited Oak Ridge High in 1987 to recruit LB Ronald Grimes. Now Coach Sherrill is hanging out w/ my wife @CrystalGalny at @KBTXNews — he visited with Crystal on behalf of the new Bryan Youth Sports Association:

My Oak Ridge high school classmate Natalie lost her daughter Noelle Levantino Texas A&M Class of ‘20 @tamu in an accident nearly five years ago, and the family is holding a blood drive in Noelle’s honor today in College Station. @KBTXRusty

My Uber driver from a Downtown Los Angeles hotel to LAX briefly lived in New Braunfels back when. Happily chatting up Gruene Hall, Gristmill & the river wasn't something I was expecting while jetting along 110 to the airport. We agreed New Braunfels is the best town in Texas 🙂:
