I booked a room for my brother from @FabHotels where he reached to check in at 10:30pm at night and was to check out early morning. The hotel’s name is Shree Ram Adhaar, Ayodhya. He had been travelling for 7 days and was exhausted. He walked for half an hour to reach the hotel.

@FabHotels @bookingcom I completely understand. However, it's surprising that while same day checkout is not possible, what is the rationale of providing and invoice for 2 nights, while the booking was done for 3 nights. And the invoice doesn't event account for the total amount paid for the booking.

@bookingcom @FabHotels booked a room for 3 nights, checkout done early on one day 1, due to poor property and services, paid the full bill. And now got invoice for 2 nights with no accountability of complete payment. What's happening? #harassment #cheat
