@BrighthouseFin If someone is grieving the loss of a loved one, why oh why would you add onto their troubles with piss poor policies and customer service? I was told a claims kit was mailed on 2.10.26. It’s now March. IT DOESNT TAKE WEEKS FOR MAIL TO ARRIVE. This is BS!

@KayKaye30995512 Did you ever get anywhere with them? Its been a nightmare! My mom passed this month and I’m her full and primary beneficiary. They allege they put a claim kit in the mail on Feb. 10. It’s March 1. Its bad enough I’m grieving my mom but to have to deal with this too? Terrible!
