@BrighthouseFin I’ve received 3 of these notices, talked to 2 different reps over 3 weeks and still no response. Stay away from Brighthouse everyone. Total sham of an organization.

@BrighthouseFin If someone is grieving the loss of a loved one, why oh why would you add onto their troubles with piss poor policies and customer service? I was told a claims kit was mailed on 2.10.26. It’s now March. IT DOESNT TAKE WEEKS FOR MAIL TO ARRIVE. This is BS!
