and drove to front without any notice about whether bus is out of service or going to take people in front row. Can there be single system in the area so that people can have single expected behavior? I'm tired of guessing in the morning inside the concrete tunnel.

I'll give today's example. I was waiting in front of 952 bus but driver get into the bus ignoring all the people waiting in line (normally other drivers tell people to go to front or just let them in)

@TTChelps I'm in 952 westbound with id 8889 which departed from Lawrence station at 9:20 AM. There is completely no system in waiting area of Lawence station bus waiting area.
