@CollinRugg @gopher_marc If the atv hadn’t been on the road, illegally, none of this would even be being debated. Bottom line: atv rider broke the law and was wear he shouldn’t be. Had he not been breaking the law, the officer wouldn’t have had to intervene. PERIOD!

Seems like everyone is divided and you make a good point. The ATV driver is definitely at the very least, partially at fault. But I have a hard time believing the rider would have plowed into the pedestrians. He would have had enough time to slow down/move over but at the same time, it was a split second decision by the officer. It’s easy to sit here and nitpick.
