4 week old thrombosed FA Loop AVG. First pullback here. Venous anast to cubital cephalic (Kumpe tip). Cephalic trash, median cubital small, basilic outflow is decent. Proceed with perc throm or back for surgical declot/revision? Has PC still. @ASDINNews @wasse_m #Nephtwitter

We performed our first 3 endo avf using ellipsys catheter today at midstate medical center. Each procedure took less than 15 minutes with excellent post procedure waveforms. Excited to embrace this technology
