@nonsenseballer @coachzblair10 I don't necessarily disagree with you there. There is a beauty to having the strike zone fluctuate and force some adaptation by both the batter and pitcher. There is something to that. I guess I can see the draw both ways.

@nonsenseballer @coachzblair10 I absolutely did play. I get the concept of working the plate and using an umps strike zone against the pitcher but appreciate the idea that balls and strikes are consistent across the board.

@thompson_bird @coachzblair10 Fair enough. I see a lot of good in parents watching and not yelling or commenting. Taking the human error out of calling balls and strikes really limits that interaction. Most times, it's a teenager behind the plate getting yelled at by adults.

@Culsport @coachzblair10 Big leagues maybe. But at youth sports, you shouldn’t love it. Good umpires can make the games run so much smoother at a young age. Too long for me to elaborate
