@culvers first and last visit. Food was horrible. Asked for a single patty, was charged and got a double. Burger wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Asked for receipt at the register, was told it would be with the food. Only receipt I got was a greasy one with no info.

@culvers I am extremely disappointed with my local culvers. They made my food order wrong and then told me they cant refund or remake my order. They said they can only send me a coupon next week in the mail??? What kinda policy is this? Now I dont have food or money to buy food

The problem with the free custard and customer survey at @culvers is it gives the employees an excuse not to be proactive when they see a problem. 4 employees walked past and saw my cheese curds weren’t melted inside and they all seemed to acknowledge that fact. Did nothing.
