After a significant amount of time, chipping away on and off, I have finally completed what I'm sure is the first ever "Lyrical Walkthrough" for what I'm sure is one of the best games ever... Cave Story.

ZoE1 is still the most interesting game in the series. It's unfortunate that it and Fist of Mars set things up for a much darker and fascinating plot and then Kojima replaced the team with different people that turned ZoE2 into a straightforward shonen

Happy 25th anniversary to "Zone of the Enders"! I think the original game is highly underrated & perhaps even misunderstood. It has so many really cool elements, one of my favorites being how the music dynamically changes in combat depending on what actions you perform!
