The best (and, paradoxically, the worst) quality of SWTOR is that it's essentially a single-player RPG sitting on top of a vast open MMO world.
It tells an epic, fully voiced story, but asks that you don't look too closely at the seams and wonder why the galaxy barely changes.

I'm seriously considering giving The Old Republic MMO a shot. How easy is it to play like a singleplayer RPG? I just want to see Revan, HK-47, and finally have firsthand knowledge of the supposed events following the end of Knights of the Old Republic II.
