@Curo_Group @CllrDineRomero phoned Curo with a blocked kitchen drain, told to wash up in my bath tub until 23/01/26 when they can get a plumber out! Have had to go private to get it fixed today and Curo won’t help towards it

@Curo_Group Yh they sent someone today for the leak but her door is the main issue ongoing for yrs. And her mh is suffering. She lives in a dodgy area and its making her v unwell and anxious. It is a safety issue. It locks but it wont shut properly or open properly. If there were a fire!

@Curo_Group are you allowed wooden floors in an upstairs flat? Also how much noise is too much noise before it affects you mentally that you might end up in hospital?

@Curo_Group I live next door to 64 Kewstoke Road Bath where the conifers were set alight and had no communication with anyone at Curo , I was in all day !!!!!!!

@Curo_Group So there was a fire in the garden at one of your properties and no sign of anyone to check if your tenants are ok , as long as you get your rent !!!!
