Arrgh! @ccbathnes have changed their website's URLs! Again. So bloody annoying. They didn't even set up any redirects. Makes saving bookmarks completely pointless. I swear their IT department do it purely to justify their existence. #Bath

@jldunn2000 Good morning. We have used extra vehicles to deal with the increase in Post-Christmas cardboard. The cardboard is recycled as normal.

@ccbathnes I have noticed that sometimes my cardboard is not collected by the recycling team but instead is collected by the black bin lorry. Does this mean that the cardboard is not recycled? Address is Southdown Road BA2 1HR

@jldunn2000 Hi There, We get a larger volume of cardboard presented after Christmas which results in the cardboard section of our vehicles filling up before any of the other sections. Instead, we will often use a standard waste collection vehicle to collect the cardboard to then be recycled.

@ccbathnes can someone please contact me. I need to report an issue regarding my recent recycling collection. An item was left in my recycling box by a courier - an item very obviously not for recycling, yet it was not left back in the box or in any other location after bin day

@ccbathnes explain this too me How is a bath and north east Somerset bus is able to have a euro 6 standard sticker when the bus is from 2012 and diesel yet my car also diesel 2014 car is not euro 6 standard.

@david_navigator Hi, thank you for your msg. We're unable to recycle plastic lined takeaway containers for recycling. Please place these in your normal rubbish bin. For reference, any fully plastic pots, tubs and trays can be washed out and placed in our green recycling box. Hope that helps, CC
