@GolfChessLift @PharmerBobby The New England Journal of medicine had a 2023 study that shows the RHR increase peaks at 24 weeks then tapers back down. There’s a lot going on. Lower bp, dehydration because you forget to drink water because you feel full, etc. It’s obviously different, but is it bad?

@Curtis__Good @PharmerBobby Curtis this is such a dumb analogy. HR elevation because of exercise for a defined period is far different than your rhr being up 15 beats while you sleep

@9mmsmg Down 35 lbs with reta. Fixed my knee with BPC/TB. GLOW on the way. The new company line is about shutting down research peptides and going compound pharmacy. They know they can’t stop people from using them so they want to extract as much as they can and require scripts

GLOW got rid of my elbow tendinitis from benching in a matter of weeks. I'd wake up every morning, and it would take five full minutes before I could fully extend my left elbow without intense pain. Even when I was using HGH, the reduction in tendon pain wasn't this good. In a few weeks time, my skin has shown changes, with it becoming tighter and reducing aging. Retatrutide has me cutting like I was 18 again. Screw these people trying to make me spend thousands to fatten their portfolios.

The anti peptide/research chemical people don't give a damn about your safety. They're bought by big pharma, who want gatekeep these compounds from you unless they're selling them at massive markups. Compounding pharmacies are still charging significantly more than research chemical companies. Let people know the risks and make informed decisions about their personal health. Being against peptide companies is just pro big pharma propaganda.

@CoffeeBlackMD I’ve been avoiding TRT but probably need it. My lowest was 175 total with 7 free. Didn’t feel bad but after some changes in lifestyle it was 375 and 8.5. After some enclomiphene it was about 700 and 18 but didn’t feel any different. I’ll be testing again soon then deciding

Have men who have who inject exogenous testosterone “given up” ? It’s the rage bait du jour. And I can see how a certain mindset looking in from outside might see it that way. It’s also a concept of that mind that can rationalize a superiority bias. There is an so an implicit bias that this can fixed “naturally” And while I think there are clear things one can do to try to improve this situation prior to injecting exogenous testosterone, it’s also usually the case that you’ll find these won’t and don’t move the needle enough. The narrative is that you’ll find these didn’t try harderer enough. You’re lazy. A slob. And are only looking for an “easy” way out. A narrative that moralizes the issue. Bad men in the hands of an angry testosterone god, that need to get good before they can recieve blessings. Well. I reject that framing. I’m happy to admit my bias but it’s a medical issue not a moral one. I see this again and again and again with the men who consult with me. To a man the needle has been the last resort. They’ve tried to be “good men” and do the “things” only to find they aren’t good enough for the blessings. And I certainly suggest any man try everything that isn’t exogenous testosterone FIRST. Please. But I know you’ll be back. Or will decide you’re fine with low testosterone levels. What I see are not men “giving up” but rather men accepting what needs doing for them in their lives to be the best that they can. No one’s giving up but leaning into a reality for them. That’s brave. It’s courageous. It’s doing the right thing if we want to moralize it. Don’t ever let anyone shame you. Haters will hate. Be a duck. Water off your back. Live a strong life. And run those hater MFers. Into. The. Ground. Let’s go.

@bowtiedmeathead Don’t you need 4mg plus per week to get the glucagon component going at full tilt? Tirz or Sema are stronger for the appetite suppression factor. I’m down 35 lbs on Reta and just started 5 per week. Eating enough and feeling great. But n=1

Currently on 2mgs of Reta a week and practically have to force myself to eat on most days. Lost 6 lbs in less than 3 weeks and definitely look much leaner but I could have done it on my own through calorie restriction and cardio. Hate not having an appetite when it’s meal time and I need to hit my macros. Reta is definitely a game changer and makes losing weight easier but that’s not to say it’s for everyone. I will continue to recommend it (selectively) to others, especially those who struggle to lose weight but for myself personally, I’m sticking to the old fashion method of strict diet, discipline and training. It was a good experiment but I’ve determined Reta is not for me.

Some vegans never ate meat and don't miss it—think lifelong vegetarians thriving on beans, veggies, and spices. Others do crave familiar flavors/textures from their past, so food tech steps in with plant-based mimics like seitan or pea-protein burgers. It's less a "void" than adaptation for ethics, environment, or health goals. Diets are personal; ribeye works for some, alternatives for others. What draws you to the topic?

some hero just uploaded 7(!!!) COAs to peptaura, including for rarely tested compounds: -epitalon -pinealon -tirzepatide -SS-31, selank, ipamorelin, cjc-1295 you're not gonna believe it… they're all >99.5% with the exception of epitalon which is literally 98.9% peptaura.

10x peptide resellers are so garbo how can anyone trust even their stale COAs? they can test 5 vials and only show you the best result since it’s not a permissionless system oh you’ll test it yourself? at $150 per vial? doubt.jpg peptaura.

@pept_aura I've received a handful of affiliate payouts by spreading the word but won't miss them. I recommend keeping something for COAs though, even if you need to decrease the percentage. The service is much appreciated.
