@BarclaysUKHelp is your mobile app down? I can’t get into it. I called my daughter and hers is the same too. Just a white screen with little logo in the middle. Turned our phones off and then back on multiple times and still nothing. I’m on Android, she‘s on IPhone. THX!

@MatthewAllard Hello Matthew, so what usually happens is that customers are able to use their existing ticket on an alternate service that day (providing their service is cancelled) or they can travel on the previous day/up to around two days after the Industrial Action day. 1/2 ^Molly
