@Pharaohmone I wish I had your luck of not bricking in R-ACE. I usually don’t lose a game because I wasn’t able to reset a card, but because I wasn’t able to play in the first place, and unfortunately this card doesn’t help much, but I’m still happy you like it.

In certain Decks, like Rescue-ACE, you’re recovering an additional card from you GY on top of the dodge, and the negate is valuable for the few monsters in the game who are menacing ignition effects.
Felt great every game I saw it!
But to each their own. That’s what we turn in separate Deck lists at the tournament. 😂

Testing Rescue-ACE at the shop, and this is such an incredible card in so many different situations.
Might need to go back to Fiendsmith since it’s another Level 6 Fiend, too! 😈🔥🚒🧯

@AdamAta64 That's actually a good idea, and yeah, GB is really close to being meta. Unfortunately, they are not as memorable for the average Arc-V fan as Speedroids.

@CustomADay Believe it or not, Glad Beasts were in Arc-V and they got some recent support that’s almost there. Giving them a boost as well as hella reprints for older Glad Cards (Indominable Gladiator Beast reprint please) would be dope.

So, people including myself were wondering why these 3 picks? It makes sense to a degree. Lunalight has seen success but their cardpool is spread through A LOT of sets. Smart decision making Modern decks a consolidation product that also can introduce new support+staples.

@SpoopyBoopys Definitely not a hater, but I kind of dislike that I can’t feel confident buying a deck for Genesis and trusting that it will be playable for more than a month.
Also, the points list is kind of frustrating, it hits mid-old decks way too much and new-meta decks way too little.

Genesys haters, I have a question- why?
Saw a bunch of people at my local saying that Genesys “isn’t a real format” and calling it “modern but worse”. Do people not realize that even if it is a smaller format, it has a metagame with interesting and interactive gameplay?

@Gnurrgard @YokoTruther I think it’s more about how a deck is optimally played, Maliss as a combo deck, Dracotail as a grindy control deck.
But this is kinda subjective to define, since every duel has two players, and what’s optimal each time depends on your hand and on what your opponent does.

@YaBoiToxix @Rhymestyle I was about to suggest another Blue-Eyes boss monster, but they already have a very very powerful boss monster no one makes competitively, which is a shame.
