@CustomCvd @Thecarhoarder Of course, it's the Jag. I'd rather sit and look at the XJ broken down than be seen driving the other fugly motors...😏

This one is harder than the last one for me, all but the Audi I would take home. It would probably be a mix-up between the Lexus and the Jaguar and depending on the color I’d probably be taking home the XJ.

@Stephen59845260 Tbf though the IFS fitted to the P3 was the new suspension designed for P4. P3 only existed because the P4 bodies weren't ready so they fitted P2 with IFS & called it P3. They were only built for 12 months.😊

A most suitable owner of the new Rover P4 75 in 1949 amazed (and indeed aghast) at the new front suspension - even though it was based on the outgoing P3. The P4 was the nicest of nice cars - beautifully made & cleverly designed, sobersided and with the best of British interiors

@000_three Yeah they were fitted with the A-Series 1275cc & the 1.7 & 2.0 OHC O-Series. The 1275cc in the Ital is the refreshed A+ Series developed for the Metro.😊

Morris Ital on TradeMe I didn't know these existed this one has a 1275cc BMC A-series engine like a Mini Cooper ...correct me if I'm wrong as I'm no expert on anything & there are lots of different variations of the A-series motor

@nosateki @RuFFiaN_Cars @AutomotiveTales @TisI_LeClerc Oh definitely. The Datsuns/Toyotas of the 70s were like a greatest hits compilation of US car trends. One thing I have found when drawing them is they are overstyled/detailed to the point of them taking a couple of hours longer than the Granadas etc.😊
