An unknown number of Rochester Police Accountability Board employees -- possibly 6 -- were fired this morning, pursuant to a downsizing of the organization's staff. Courts have said the PAB cannot conduct investigations, and the terminations seem to have been in the investigations staff. The PAB is overseen by the City Council and an executive director.

Noemi Guzman stole a large kitchen knife from a Walmart in Omaha, NE than kidnapped a 3 year old boy and held him hostage. Police arrived and she slashed at the boy prompting the responding officer to use his Glock to punch 9mm holes in her torso. Ms. Guzman died from her wounds saving taxpayers millions of dollars. AS YOU WOULD 100% EXPECT, Ms. Guzman has multiple prior arrests including a 2024 stabbing her father then attempting to light him on fire. She also previously broke into a local church, held the priest hostage with a knife. Again, AS YOU WOULD 100% EXPECT, she was found "not responsible for reasons of insanity" and released back into the community to harm this young boy.
