The same people liking this are the same people who worship the idea of expanding government power and limiting gun ownership

THREAD: For those of you who don’t live in the Minneapolis area, you need to know the following: 1) Our city and some neighboring communities have been placed under a large-scale military occupation. ...

@CaptianZhukov @brennanleffler @VICENews I see why you feel that way, whether it's agreed or not, with all the recent shootings in the last decade of POCs, a lot of them undeserved. He could of froze or not known what to do. Hindsight is 20/20 most people can say what they think one should do but in a dangerous...

Lt. Caron Nazario was driving home when two police officers pulled him over in Windsor, Virginia, whipped out their guns, and started barking orders. bit.ly/39WAPcD
English

@CaptianZhukov @brennanleffler @VICENews If I was being threatened to be murdered after doing absolutely nothing wrong, I'd also be a bit hesitant about getting out of my car or making sudden movements quickly.
English

@brennanleffler @VICENews Except I didn't say they lied or not.
I'm just here stating why the cops took the procedure they did. Not why he was pulled over or what happened after. I feel horrible for the man, getting pepper sprayed is no joke.
But am I correct when I say they gave him chances to get out?

@Clarkinthehat @bigley_p @Catana09499891 @scrowder I don't disagree that the numbers are skewed, I just don't think the virus should be brushed off. Even if you cut the deaths by half it is still a lot IMO. I have more of a libertarian political philosophy for most of my ideals lol
English

@Cwells999 @bigley_p @Catana09499891 @scrowder I'll take the Boot licking back, apologies, happy to read you're against lockdowns, who would be for them right? The weak and vulnerable are more susceptible. Fact. The fact it's the "3rd biggest killer" is to do with poor data handling, and poor health.
English

@bigley_p @Clarkinthehat @Catana09499891 @scrowder @updayUK Where did I tweet defending the Astrazeneca vaccine? It's a really bad attempt at a deflection. The Astrazeneca issues have been being reported on for weeks with issues with blood clotting and others. So you'll listen to the media when they say a point you agree with but
English

@Clarkinthehat @bigley_p @Catana09499891 @scrowder Lol the fact you're calling me a bootlicker. That's a good one. Well since you obviously haven't taken a class on basic disease. COVID affects the lungs which causes one to fatigue easier. I'm also not justifying lockdowns, I just don't deny basic science.
English

@Cwells999 @bigley_p @Catana09499891 @scrowder Never heard of post viral fatigue?
I'll say again. Underlying conditions.
It's been a year Conner, stop licking the boot.
English

@bigley_p @Clarkinthehat @Catana09499891 @scrowder What point are you trying to make? I've personally seen people in the military who ran 12-13 minute two miles who had covid 6 months ago who can't even run a 16-17 minute two miles. You also didn't address the fact it still causes significant death and long term symptoms.
English

@Clarkinthehat @Cwells999 @Catana09499891 @scrowder I must have had covid for about ten years going off of those symptoms then
English

@Clarkinthehat @bigley_p @Catana09499891 @scrowder Let's say your right even though there's no way to analyze died because of or with. Let's say half of the deaths were due to COVID. Still a big number. It also is causing a major health issue as people are losing taste and smell or still having issues with fatigue and breathing
English

@Cwells999 @bigley_p @Catana09499891 @scrowder Not the cause... died with covid, not because of.
Underlying conditions are to blame for most cases of death. Let's admit it... the USA has a bit of a weight problem.
English

@bigley_p @Catana09499891 @scrowder Yeah it wasn't ravaging, it was only the third leading cause of death in the U.S.
English

@lammeaayush @gregside @catwiffhat @ZScholl @cyberhorseman @thisdiegolopez Them by fining them tens and thousands of dollars. There's also a business belief in practicing ideas like being environmentally friendly will pay off because people like buying products from companies that are morally good.
English

@lammeaayush @gregside @catwiffhat @ZScholl @cyberhorseman @thisdiegolopez Generally I can see why you believe that. Companies will do certain things like charities for tax benefits but private companies also do a lot of charitable acts without ride-offs (ex. Breweries starting to make hand sanitizer when there was shortages) the government repaid.....
English

@gregside @catwiffhat @ZScholl @cyberhorseman @lammeaayush @thisdiegolopez That's a real slippery slope argument saying I think we should threaten people with starvation. Free market capitalism and private charity will always be better than government assistance. The private sector is more efficient in almost every single category than the government is
English

@Cwells999 @catwiffhat @ZScholl @cyberhorseman @lammeaayush @thisdiegolopez You’re right, threatening people with starvation and homelessness is the best motivator. We should not try to improve upon this. A population living in fear is the most productive so it must be the best.
