Also---Charlie Kirk was verbally technical and precise.
In my opinion, he knew damn well that the CEO replacement wouldnt be an "appointment" but rather a board vote.
This is one of the reasons I question the succession video. I cant fathom Charlie saying "I appoint my wife" when he knew that was not the process which would take place.
I think Charlie would more like than not have said, "if something happens to me, my recommendation to the board would be....."

The most logical conclusion
