@LuigiGamer25 The theory I heard floating around was, Hasbro sold off all G4 game rights to Gameloft at the beginning of FIM, as they didn’t think FIM was gonna be a big show, and didn’t care to properly split up the rights.
When FIM took off, they realized their mistake.

Maybe that’s why G4 didn’t have a single Game Console during its popularity.
Why didn’t Hasbro make one while G5 did get 2 games but wasn’t enough sales? Also, there’s only 4 MLP Games on Game consoles while G4 didn’t.

Fans once made a My Little Pony fighting game called Fighting is Magic. Hasbro shut it down with a cease and desist. Then Lauren Faust, the creator of Friendship is Magic, helped the developers make a new original fighting game instead. The fan game died and basically reincarnated legally.
