I hate that I even need to say this, but here we go. It feels like some folks here could use a good, metaphorical shake. I've noticed that some of you are quick to suspect others who simply want to look out for the community. It’s like you’ve been in the trenches so long that anyone showing genuine concern must have a hidden agenda. What happened to just helping each other out? We used to be great at spotting trouble and sticking to what brought us together in the first place. And I really can’t keep quiet about this anymore. I'm seeing how some people are turning against one particular 'bird' in our community, and it’s driving me nuts. What’s worse is that they don't even realize all the good this 'feathered friend' has done for us—stuff I know he can’t talk about because he’s respecting an NDA he signed. If you talked to any GSMP launch creator about Goose's contributions to both us and GameStop, you'd see him in a completely different light. He's honestly the most dedicated ape I know, deeply caring about this community, which makes me feel a bit guilty considering my own contributions. But let's cut to the chase—the spam has got to stop. I don’t care who you are or how much you’ve invested; spam is spam. It’s unacceptable, and it's tearing our community apart, undoing years of hard work for so many. I'm starting to see people who are usually quiet speak up saying they are blocking & muting, just getting tired. I love this community; it’s been lifechanging for me. It's given me the confidence to learn new things and pursue my dream of releasing a game. But watching it crumble because of greed and ignorance is painful. Can we get back to just having fun, shit-posting memes, rocket pics, and munching/inserting crayons? Let’s remember what made this place great in the first place. Your investment in a coin or a WEB3 game doesn't need to become your entire personality. To add, I'm saying this from what I've been witnessing - not a direct conversation with anyone in particular. It's just making it a real drag to scroll through and engage.
