Friends! Something highly peculiar happened today. Twitter denied access to my account for almost an hour on the alleged ground that there was a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the USA and subsequently they allowed me to access the account.

Twitter stands exposed on its evasive manoeuvres and total disregard for India’s IT rules & laws of the land. Quelling voices that do not toe their line in the garb of free speech is characteristic of a tyrant. And, tyrants have no place in a democracy, not even as a platform.
