@CyberBeavis @LGCooks I might have seen it here on X but you need a rather large onion to hold the egg and mine are small but it was good nonetheless. Especially the part of the onion that was caramelized before I cracked the egg in the center.

If you've followed my account for awhile you know I like to experiment and try new things. I wanted to make a breakfast burger with an egg cooked inside an onion, and I did. But my onions are too small, yet I tried it anyway. A big round onion for next time! #twittersupperclub
