@HotpointSupport unbelievable customer service and support, 6 month old washing machine, three failed engineer call-outs and today’s visit was cancelled part way through the agreed time slot. Next available date is two weeks away! That’s a month without a working machine. Avoid!

@HotpointSupport Inconvenience? It’s a bit more than that! Absolutely insane that you think this level of customer service is acceptable. Customers can only log a complaint verbally, it’s not acknowledged & apparently complaints are dealt with internally, no outcome is provided to the customer 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m all for finding the light in the darkness & the such fun in each day despite. But with no vaccine for a virus still very much present, to name but one obvious issue, I don’t think having a pint and a haircut is a SUPER Saturday. But it seems the excitement is umm, infectious.

Thank you to the staff @sainsburys Tooting for their help recently when someone crashed into my parked car in their car park. The staff were so kind and helpful. My biggest thanks goes to Samir the security guard for his help & kindness, #CustomerService was amazing, thank you 😊

@MordenBapChurch please can you ask your parishioners to have a bit of consideration for people who need to use the footpath on Grasmere Avenue? I did ask the driver not to park like that but the response I received wasn’t positive.

Absolutely unreal experience @curryspcworld Purley Way Croydon store today, still in shock! Gaming section was a no go zone, couldn't get close to view anything. Teens there armed with their own controllers, felt like a youth club! apparently makes store look busy to customers 😂
