ख़बर मिली है कि संजय सोनी यानी @CyberHuntss मर गया हैं, मौत की ख़बर सुनकर दुख हुआ क्योंकि संजय सोनी की पहचान एक ट्रोलर और नफ़रतबाज इंसान के रूप में थी, इसकी मौत का दुख इसलिए भी हो रहा है क्योंकि यह बेहतरीन ट्रॉलर था और मुझे मारने की धमकी दे रहा था, मेरी फैमिली के सभी सदस्यों के मोबाइल नंबर, मेरे घर के एड्रेस और मेरी लोकेशन ट्रैक कर सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करता था यहां तक कि मेरे घर की महिलाओं के मोबाइल नंबर और नाम व मेरे घर के नन्हें मासूमों के नाम तक सार्वजनिक किए, हर रोज़ मेरे केस की डिटेल पोस्ट करता था। ये मेरे लिए कोई बड़ी बात नहीं इसलिए इस शख्स की मौत का दुख मना रहा हूं। इस व्यक्ति की मौत का दुख इसलिए भी हो रहा है क्योंकि इसने 15 लाख महिलाओं के अंडरगारमेंट्स के साइज़ कंपनियों को बेचने का काम किया और महिलाओं को ब्लैकमेल करता था जिसके बाद पुलिस ने इसे गिरफ्तार भी किया, संजय सोनी यूं तो अचार बेचने का ठेला लगाता था लेकिन साइबर फ्रॉड करने में माहिर था जिसके कारण इस पर दर्जनों केस भी दर्ज थे जिसके बाद यह हिस्ट्रीशीटर के रूप में संबोधित किया गया इसलिए इसकी मौत का दुख होना चाहिए। कोई कह रहा है कि एक्सिडेंट में मौत हुई कोई कह रहा है कि इसकी मौत घरेलू हिंसा के कारण हुई और इसने सुसाइड किया हैं, मौत का कारण जो भी हो लेकिन अगर मौत हुई है ये सच हैं तो सोशल मीडिया के तमाम यूज़र को इस मौत से सबक लेना चाहिए कि आप इस दुनिया में जो करके जायेंगे आपके मरने के बाद आपकी पहचान आपके उसी कार्य और रस्ते से ही होगी। आप अच्छा काम करेंगे तो आपको अच्छे कामों से याद किया जाएगा और ट्रोल करेंगे हरकत करेंगे, नफ़रत फैलाएंगे तो आपकी मौत को ट्रोलर और नफ़रत जैसे शब्दों से ही संबोधित किया जाएगा, एक बात याद रखिएगा मेरा तजुर्बा है कि ट्रोलर की ज़िंदगी बहुत छोटी होती हैं उनकी मौत जल्द हो जाती हैं। #RIPCyberHuntss उर्फ़ संजय भैया। ईश्वर आपके परिजनों को सब्र दें।

This act constitutes a deliberate and malicious insult to the religious beliefs and sentiments of crores of Hindus who revere Bhagwan Vishnu as a Supreme Deity of Sanatan Dharma. Your post is not an exercise of legitimate satire or freedom of expression but a calculated attempt to mock and denigrate Hindu faith. 4. As a reputed professor reputed Indian institute like Jawahar Lal Nehru University, author and TV panelist, you are expected to maintain the highest standards of judicial dignity, constitutional morality and respect for the religious feelings of citizens. Instead, you have misused your platform to hurt Hindu sentiments. 5. The said article has caused widespread public outrage across the country. Many of citizens have strongly condemned your act on social media. Despite this massive backlash, you have shown complete indifference to the hurt and anguish caused to the Hindu community. 6. Your actions squarely attract the offences punishable under: - Section 299 BNS (Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings) - Section 199 BNS (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion) - Section 197 & 353 BNS and other relevant provisions Read with provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 7.
