Canadians don't seem to get it.
It's simple. US tariffs make our products non-competitive with American equivalents, so Americans buy their own goods, which means our manufacturers loose out on the revenue they would otherwise gain from a shared market.
We loose. America wins.

Extreme heat waves and record-breaking dry conditions are resulting in one of the most intense wildfire seasons in Canadian history. The fires are especially devastating in Northwestern Ontario, where more than 10 communities have already been evacuated. In response to the devastating fires, Canada is taking an all-hands-on-deck approach. More than 5,300 firefighting personnel have been deployed across the country. Nearly 300 aircraft are in the field — from waterbombers and helicopters to evacuation aircraft. We are leveraging data, drones, new technology, and advanced thermal imaging to support real-time detection and mitigation efforts. If you're blaming the high housing prices on boomers and landlords, you're missing the fact that we have over 20 million illegals in America who all live in houses and apartments.

@GrindeOptions I haven't used an alarm clock in over a decade. My morning traffic jam is my dog and cat both sleeping in the hallway to my office. If I've got everything I need to get done finished by 2pm, I have no issue just sitting in the sun on the deck with a cold beer.

New York school district to become one of the first in the United States to introduce a humanoid robot in the classroom.
'Sally' will have a Western New York accent and will teach 11th and 12th-grade students at Salamanca High School.
Sally costs less than the average teacher's salary in New York, with a price tag of $57,000.
The robot has brown hair, and can move its arms and legs, but will not be able to walk around the classroom.
Students will be able to log in so the humanoid can recognize students and their previous interactions.
The humanoid will be helping teach coding, robotics, and AI classes.
The school district promises that robots will "never" replace human teachers.

I hate to say it, but I’m done making excuses for President Trump.
The things he’s done this term genuinely infuriate me:
• Calling the Epstein files “fake news” and a scam
• Starting a full-blown war with Iran after he already took out their nuclear sites
• Turning into a full-blown Zionist cheerleader
• Repeatedly claiming inflation is “down” while we’re all getting crushed by higher prices on gas, groceries, and everything else
I voted for him three times.
