Interestingly, the closest astronauts have ever come to flying in a true polar orbit (90 deg inclination) were the original Soviet Vostok and Voskhod cosmonauts (including Yuri Gagarin) in the early 1960s - and they only flew to around 65 deg. The space shuttle did a single mission to 62 deg in 1990. Now, in the spirit of exploration, Fram2 will take yet another bold step for humankind.

@ZachCoveyTV @SpaceX Hi Zach. Just a friendly heads up that this is our daily WWA chart. The wind thresholds are for any of our wind towers (35KT peaks for strong, 50KT peaks for Damaging) and don’t necessarily correspond to liftoff limits, which are mission specific and measured directly at the pad.

Hoping for a @SpaceX launch? Doesn't look great - winds are too high. Window's pushed to the last second at this point. Likely a scrub.
