@jimmyjerkit @hardwarecanucks Sadly i doubt prices will ever really fall that low again, the problem with spikes in costs is that companies tend to stick to them if they can, its why nvidia GPU's are still stupid expensive post bitcoin era

@hardwarecanucks RAM is still 4-5x more expensive than it was last year. I’m holding off celebrating until prices return to being that low.

Turns out Sam Altman "buying up" 40% of DRAM wafers was actually him writing Letters of Intent. Letters he supposedly had / has no intention of converting to actual purchases now. And memory manufacturers are just getting DUMPED on today.🍿🍿
