@hankfrank I wear the armband and it has me in zone 4 always at the start and middle of my easy runs, it’s so so bad

This morning I ran 12 miles at an easy pace. Garmin chest strap: 113 avg HR. Whoop: 171 avg HR, 197 max HR, 40 min in Zone 5. Whoop is completely useless for heart rate during runs. This is not a small error. This is garbage data. What a joke.

Is garmin better than Apple Watch? I only use my Apple Watch for tracking workouts, don’t use any other features. But is garmin more for runners? Lmk
