That tx routes to trusted builders like Flashbots, Titan Builder, Beaver Build, bloXroute, and others via private channels for inclusion. The suspected leak here (despite private submission) is under CoW's active investigation.

Undermines MEV protection, private execution trust, and DeFi reliability. CoW's investigation is key here.
