It was not my day today 💔 We've had an incredible year so far but now I need some time off. Thank you all for the amazing support and congrats to @jmcerundolo on a solid match. See you soon. Au revoir, Paris 🇫🇷🙏🏻

@JeffreyEli500 @janniksin @jmcerundolo You literally don’t believe what you just typed.. fatigue and unable to move are completely different things. It was the heat stroke and it was way over 35 degrees. Don’t hate

@minopapi1 @janniksin @jmcerundolo The least they could do was accord him some respect that he desreved. Playing at noon when it was forecast that it would be hot and humid the first week of the FO. He's been through a lot the past 3 months.

@janniksin @jmcerundolo It’s a shame that Rolland Garros could not implement the same heat rule Australia open implemented when it got to over 35 degrees. It’s a real shame and this could have been avoided

@janniksin @jmcerundolo Get some much needed rest champ. Skip grass tournaments before Wimbledon like Djoko did often and only practice on grass. 6 straight Masters, a record, is something to be really proud of, harder than winning a slam. There'll be next time for the FO.

@josemorgado Would they have done that if he was French. In this hot and humid weather, unkind.

@josemorgado When I heard that the French Open would be hot the first week at least, I knew that would be a bad sign for Sinner as he hardly had a rest for the past 3 months. The sign was there at the Italian Open. This guy doesn't cope well well with hot humid weather just like me.

Wow. Sinner stops, cramping and not feeling well. He was 5-1 up in the 3rd, now *5-4 0-40. Says he is feeling dizzy and leaves the court for an off court MTO.

It's truly ironic that a radical atheist like me, by rigorously following the evidence and doing the math, discovers that a lot of the Bible is actually is literally true, including its predictions about the future.

@DjokovicFan_ Remember that Federer at almost 38 nearly beat Djokovic at Wimbledon having 2 match points in 2019. One off encounters is not a true measure. Sinner in fact could have won in Australia but he wasn't really in top form groundstroke wise, while Djokovic was redlining.

Wilander after Djokovic beat Sinner at a Grand Slam: “If a 38-year-old Novak Djokovic can defeat Jannik Sinner, then none of us need to speculate about what would’ve happened if they had faced each other at the same age.”

@DjokovicFan_ Both at 24, I think Sinner is as good as Djokovic meaning if they play 10 matches they would probably split it. Yeah I know Djokovic had his best run in 2011 at about 24. Federer at 24 playing his best would be at the same level.

Mosque shooting: HATE CRIME. Church shooting: We have to be very careful and gather all of the evidence before we can comment on a possible motive. Synagogue shooting: We have to be very careful and gather all of the evidence before we can comment on a possible motive. Get it yet?

The mosque in San Diego that was the site of an alleged shooting today reposted a flyer for a vigil after October 7th to celebrate Palestinian martyrs who murdered Jews on October 7th. I’m sorry, but why are we supposed to be sad about what happened in San Diego today? We are being asked to support Islamic terrorism. I refuse. This is insane. This mosque is a national security threat and needs to be shut down. @FBIDirectorKash The fact that @Kash_Patel is there helping this mosque with “full resources” is insane and anti-American.

An obvious false flag attack by the Muslim Brotherhood. Why did searches for “Islamic Center of San Diego” spike in Egypt the day before the attack?

@DjokovicFan_ As a Federer fan and still is, Sinner and Alcaraz are just that good on all surfaces and have all the shots, with no real weaknesses. Injuries and consistencies and poor form of course affect everybody.

Federer says Sinner and Alcaraz are deliberately being helped by tournament directors so they can win everything: Federer: “This needs to be fixed. They allowed same ball speeds and same court speeds and that’s why they can dominate and win everything.” twitter.com/ChadDinas/stat…

@KatyKray73 That's ridiculous. If you're healthy with no debilitating illness youre as good as any driver and better than the young drivers who just passed the driving test. Plus you tend to drive with care. I'm 70 and just as good as any driver.

Medvedev was asked if his win over Alcaraz is a statement that his generation of players can still be competitive at the top level against players like Sinner & Alcaraz “Great tournament. You were part of the original NextGen, Milan, nine years ago.” Daniil: “The first one, the first one.” “Chung, Rublev. This generation, Sascha Zverev, Matteo Berrettini, only a few. Is this win maybe like a generational statement, like we are still here, we can still be competitive at the top level, beating No. 1s, these youngsters, Jannik and Carlos, they are not out of our reach, not yet?” Daniil: “No, I don't care too much about the things, because I'm already, first of all, a bit too old. I'm not NextGen anymore, something. I had a tough year last year, so even more perspective now I need to do my best, and that's kind of it, because Jannik and Carlos, far better than all of us you mentioned. Only one match we can beat them. Sascha was serving for the match in Australia, and you never know what would happen in the final if he won. It's more about one match on a long-term career or season. I mean, they are so good, they are so much better than us. And Djokovic, Federer, Nadal were so much better than us. But Djokovic, Nadal, and Jannik and Carlos are probably also better than all the ones that were there before. And they would struggle against them. It is what it is. As I said on the court, maybe I play 10 matches against Carlos, probably I'm going to lose more than I'm gonna win. But whenever I go on court, I need to believe in myself, I need to do my best, and try to win as much as I can.” (via Indian Wells Press)
