On the carnivore diet, what do you eat with Chicken Wings?

Have ran 24 miles the last 4 days. This is more than I have done in a while. Had a hamstring injury and it has taken me a while to get over it. May be because the temps are back in the high 80’s.

Last week I still had pain in my shin bones. I rub them or grab them at ankle and lift on bone there was pain. Last week I reintroduced dairy. All shin and bone pain in legs is gone now. Healing. 😃😁💥💪💪
