@HoustonHero713 You know you are missing the point and just want to argue. Hes saying dont skip or not go 100% on lift days during summer/spring because some wanna be hs coach asked you to play in some 7v7 tourney on Thursday night. That 7v7 is fine,but you have skelly periods in real practice.

Imagine being a HSFB coach saying he rather his players lifting over 7v7 in the offseason. As the HS coach you are primarily responsible for lifting mon-fri lol. We get the kids for 7v7 one day a week for 2 hours. Are we actually the reason a player isn't making lifting gains?
